Availability:

  • Rush delivery is subject to availability and may not always be possible for VIP packages or during peak seasons (e.g., holidays, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day).
  • If rush delivery is unavailable, I will notify you immediately and offer an alternative timeline.

Process:

  • Please request rush delivery at the time of booking (not after the standard delivery period has passed).
  • A 50% rush fee deposit is required to secure the expedited slot.

Limitations:

  • Rush delivery does not include live performances unless explicitly agreed upon in advance.
  • Physical add-ons (e.g., framed lyrics, cover art) may take additional 2–3 days to produce, even with rush delivery.

Communication:

  • We will agree the exact delivery timeframe (e.g., “Rush delivery: 48 hours from payment confirmation”).
